- *Grilled London Broil – A Summer Thyme Classic! Lean London Broil steak marinated over night in our mouthwatering steak marinade then char-grilled to medium rare and sliced thin
- Our delicious homemade meat loaf topped with a rich beef gravy or our zesty homemade Italian sauce
- Hand patted hamburger steak seasoned just right and char-grilled then topped with sautéed pepper and onion

Pasta Selections
- Try our delicious homemade lasagna made with ground beef, Italian sausage, three cheeses and our authentic homemade Italian sauce (vegetarian version also available)
- Penne pasta blended with sautéed vegetables and tossed with Parmesan cheese (feel free to add your choice of grilled chicken strips, Italian sausage or popcorn shrimp)
- Fettuccini noodles topped with our decadent homemade Alfredo sauce (feel free to add your choice of grilled chicken strips, Italian sausage or popcorn shrimp)
Chicken Selections
From The Grill
Choose a five, six or eight ounce boneless, skinless chicken breast, then choose which style you like:
- Citrus – seasoned with a zesty citrus seasoning and dusted with orange zest
- Herb Butter – Lightly seasoned and topped with our delicious homemade herb butter
- Italian – Lightly seasoned with garlic, basil and oregano, then topped with our homemade Italian sauce
- Smothered – Lightly seasoned and topped with sautéed pepper, onion and mushroom
- Spanish Style – Seasoned with chili powder, then topped with sautéed bell pepper, scallions and black olives
- Teriyaki – Marinated in a sauce that is more sweet than salty
Baked Chicken Breast
- Parmesan herb chicken breast – A Take-Out Thyme Classic! A boneless, skinless breast brushed with garlic butter, breaded with Parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs and chopped parsley and baked for your good health.
- For a triple taste treat: try our delicious chicken cordon bleu. Chicken breast, ham, and Swiss cheese lightly breaded and baked to a golden brown then topped with a creamy white wine sauce.
- A boneless skinless chicken breast rolled in seasoned flour and drizzled with oil then baked just right and topped with our delicious chicken gravy.
Southern Favorites
For the following entrees we use chicken drumsticks, thighs, and breast.
- Grilled BBQ – lightly seasoned and grilled then topped with our sweet bbq sauce and finished in the oven (baked-only version also available)
- Oven fried chicken – If we didn’t tell you, you would swear it was fried! We roll them in seasoned flour then drizzle them with oil and bake them to a beautiful golden brown
Seafood Selections
- A beautiful filet of Tilapia topped with our delicious crabmeat dressing then basted with a light lemon sauce and baked
- Another Tilapia option – baked in scampi butter (white wine / garlic / scallions)
- Lightly breaded flounder, sautéed to a golden brown and served with tartar sauce and fresh cut lemon
- Popcorn shrimp sautéed with bacon, tomato and scallions then served on a bed of cheese grits
- Plump and tender shrimp, skewered and dusted with Cajun seasoning then grilled and served over rice pilaf
Pork Selections
From The Grill
We hand cut these six ounce chops from a boneless pork loin so they are lean and tasty!
- BBQ – marinated, marked on the grill and topped with our sweet bbq sauce then finished in the oven
- Cajun – seasoned with Cajun spices, grilled to perfection and topped with sautéed Cajun mushrooms
- Herb Butter – marinated then grilled and topped with our delicious homemade herb butter
- Mushroom – marinated and grilled then topped with a thick and rich mushroom sauce
- Sweet & Sour – marinated and grilled then topped with our homemade sweet and sour sauce
*Roast Pork Loin (Cooked Medium Well)
These entrees are made with the same lean pork loin slow roasted to tender, juicy perfection
- Country Style – slow roasted and topped with a rich pork gravy
- German Style – smothered in saur kraut and baked till fork tender
- Herb Roast – marinated in olive oil, rosemary, sage, basil , oregano, garlic and black pepper
- Maple Pecan – slow roasted then topped with maple glaze and sprinkled with chopped pecans
- Teriyaki – marinated in our delicious Teriyaki sauce (more sweet than salty) and slow roasted

Pulled Pork
Slow cooked pork butts, hand pulled with tender loving care (we would never let our butts near a mechanical chopping machine!) Served with bbq sauce, pork gravy or saur kraut.
